Privacy policy

This policy describes how SendHawk, LLC (“SendHawk,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with sendhawk.com (the “Site”). The short version: this is a static corporate website. It has no accounts, no signup forms, and we set no tracking cookies.

1. Scope

This policy covers the Site only. Our product comment.gg has its own privacy policy, available at www.comment.gg/privacy, which governs information handled by that service.

2. Information we collect

• Server logs. The Site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. Like virtually all web hosting, serving a request involves processing your IP address, user-agent, and request metadata. These logs are used for security and operations and are not used to profile you.
• Fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, your IP address is transmitted to Google as part of the request. Google’s privacy policy applies to that processing.
• Email. If you email us, we receive and retain the correspondence, including your address, so we can respond and keep a record of the exchange.

That’s it. We do not collect names, payment details, or any other personal information through the Site.

3. Cookies

The Site does not set cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security purposes (for example, bot mitigation); these are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

4. Analytics

If we enable analytics on the Site, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool that does not use cookies, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information collected through the Site with anyone, except service providers that host and secure the Site (described above) or where required by law.

6. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you (for the Site, that would generally be only email correspondence). Contact us and we will help.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
